It's been a short while since I have been able to post anything for this part of the website, with very little happening on the storm front. I have managed, however, to compile a video that documents our first chase day on the 2016 tour, our chase to Leoti, Kansas.
The video here was taken from my old bridging camera, which sadly did not have a manual focus mode and as such has resulted in occasional blurring and noisy/grainy footage at times. The sound isn't the best, but is adequate to help tell the story.
This storm produced the best structure I have ever seen and had the chance to photograph. I don't think my camera will ever get to see such a delight again for some time! I hope you enjoy the video...
